A group of us stayed at Ivy Hill Hotel last weekend for a wedding close by on Saturday. The staff are genuinely very caring and most professional. One couple managed to lose their way and on telephoning for directions were asked to wait where they were, and a member of staff drove out to meet them so they could follow him back to the hotel in time for us all to have dinner together on Friday evening. The hotel is set in lovely gardens and our rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. The food was also very good both in the lounge, where we had a light lunch on arrival, and in the dining room, where we had dinner on Friday evening and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. I can highly recommend this hotel.
